How I Work
1
Sketch design on paper or, in the
case of wood, directly on the block.
(Ideas for sketches can come from
anything that interests me.)

Carve out every part of the design that is to
remain white.
Leave behind every part that is to be black
(or ink-colored.)
3
Roll the block with ink.
4
Press paper onto the inked block.
(I have a small press, but often use
the back of a wooden spoon.)




  5    Label the edition.
Each print is numbered and signed.
  6   Show my work!
